1 cup curd 1 medium chopped onions
½ cup chopped cucumber
1 green chilli, deseeded and chopped

Add all the mentioned ingredients to the curd, then season with salt and cumin powder as per taste, mix well and top it with delicious Ultrapop Pudina Makhana.

-Add ghee to a heated pan
-Add a cup of sugar to the pan and mix it well
-Once the sugar melts, add popcorn to the pan
-Mix it till there's an even consistency
-Put it in a plate and crush the popcorn

Makhana Salad

Makhana Salad

1 tsp oil 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup broccoli florets 1/4 cup capsicum (bell pepper), diced (use all three colors if available)
Few almonds, cashews, raisins
Salt, Black pepper & Chilli flakes as per taste
Ultrapop Pudina Flavored Makhana Instructions: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, and add mushrooms, broccoli, capsicum, almonds, cashews, and raisins to the pan.
Stir-fry the ingredients for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
Season with salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes according to your taste preferences and mix well.
Add the flavored Makhana to the pan and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Makhana are crisp and coated with the seasoning.
Remove from heat and transfer the salad to a serving bowl.
Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors of your Makhana salad!
